Human Resources continues to ensure that all employee groups have access to staff development and to further growth and development as individuals, teams, departments, schools, and the organization as a whole.
HR Staff offer a variety of Leadership Development opportunities for all employees of the Board. HWDSB also offers NTIP (New Teacher Induction Program) for all teachers new to the public school system. Business Services eLearning is a catalogue of the training sessions available in many areas designed to help our staff.
