IMPORTANT
Please note that the 2011 T4 and T4As are now available through the employee web portal.
Important: Please note that by consenting to view your T4/T4A electronically, you irrevocably provide consent to the Hamilton-Wentworth Disctrict School Board to provide your T4/T4A in an electronic format for the duration of your employment with the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board.
Now that electronic T4 and T4As are posted, we will start working on printing, folding and mailing hard copy ones for those employees who have not provided consent to receive it electronically. Hard copy T4 and T4As will be mailed out no later than February 29, 2012.
